Competition, because there is always something in it for you, but you need to remember, some of the cars out there in Cali are serious, and I am sure the drivers aren't too shabby either. You are a great driver none the less, so go out there and kill it. I'm rooting for you dude.

i kno you said drivers that have drifted w ur or good experience. i dont have either bt i will input this
just have fun!!

What are you driving Josh?

Those Cali boys don't play. If you show up with a stock 240, you'll probably be wasting time in a competition. I'll give you props for trying, but props don't win you the gold.

Unless you have something boosted on coilovers and a diff, do the practice. The car otherwise would just hold you back.

That's what I am saying.

i have a PRO-street drifter as a helper.

AND DOES THIS LOOK LIKE A STOCK 240 TO YOU?

Woah, seriously. You're asking if you should drive a parking lot event and worry about a contest, or drive a sick ass road course with sweet ass elevation changes and all sorts of crazy shit with no worries?!
Road course allllllllllll the way. I could give two shits about a contest. I'd wanna get out on that road course. Elevation change roadcourse drift event for a Florida person should be a no brainer boners galore...(no homo)

i think you might be right about doing HTM. but seriously i think i can win with with my blown KA hatch if this is the quality of the drivers. I'll probably be driving my stock Porsche 240 S.

Honestly, maybe it's just me, but even if I was garunteed to win, i'd still go drive the roadcourse all day. Ever since you posted this, I've been watching asb videos from htm and just wondering why you would pass up a chance on that track.

^agreed.

except that he lives there and will have 100 other opportunities to drive it (or compete) so it doesn't really matter.

Eh, i always hated watching balcony videos. Its all the same and boring as shit. HTM videos are amazing with the elevation changes and changing radius turns. And from what I hear, Josh does have a boosted car with coilovers and dif...
