i think the difference is in the detail as you will see but i do have one major qualm and thats the release date of forever. it pisses me off but it will be worth the wait.
but to be honest they've both reached a very similar level of photo realism that i think itll all just come down to the content.

to be honest, i dont think anyone can say shit about which one is better,yet. forza 3 hasnt come out yet/had a demo come out, and the full version of GT5 isnt out yet. i think to make a fair judgement, we should wait for both games to be released fully before it can be judged farly. just my .02

3 years???? GT4 came out when I was in high school almost 5 years ago.
Like I said in the other thread In the time it has taken for them to make GT5, turn ten has made 3 forza games and all of them are better than GT4.
Polyphony needs to stop making prolougs and HD's and stupid mini GT's in between and make the damn game already. I mean fucking A, they are the kings of teasers.
In prologe the fucking sound effects in 5 are the same as GT1 WTF tires dont sound like that when they slide!!
cars sound different from each other come the fuck on.
NASCAR?? I couldn't give less of a fuck about that.
Rally is cool and all but all the rally that the GT games had before sucked, there are specific rally games for a reason those are more fun, I wish MS would bring out a Rallysport 3, 2 was fun as fuck
