I just did my 60 trim t3t4 also not to long ago on my sr. My turbo is only oil cooled so I had to block off the water lines.
I'm not sure exactly what size the plugs were for the block off but I went to murrays with the banjo bolt from the stock water lines an got the right plugs there. They come in a pack of 2 which is what u need for 4 bucks.
As for the oil feed. My oil feed line is a 1/8th so they didn't have one that reduced from the size of the thread of the block to 1/8 npt. So the guy gave me the idea of using the stock banjo bolt an they sell the banjo circle part(sorry don't know the name) with a 1/8th fitting on it.
Sorry I can't help much with exact size of thread but like I said take the stock bolts from the oil an water line to murrays an they have them in stock. That's what I did.
