Enthalpy tune with o2 sensor un-plugged?

For a while my car has been running like shit with the o2 sensor plugged in. Brand new o2 sensor replaced, Nissan Datascan shows no codes. I'm at a loss. I have an exhaust leak, so while i have everything apart i'm replacing all the gaskets and switching to the S15 BB turbo. I will be running stock SR parts in the mean time but i will be getting the Enthalpy tune eventually with some 550cc injectors and Z32 MAF, question i have is, if the tune (thinking my o2 problem may be an ECU problem) would i be able to run the Enthalpy tune with the o2 sensor un-plugged, or will it throw codes and put it into limp mode? I'm going to keep trying to track down the source of the problem. But incase i can't would appreciate any input. (will most likely tear open the wiring harness and trading ECU with someone to see if that fixes it as well).

Thanks,

i totally agree. But still wondering if the car would run normal, it does now. It runs smooth and pulls hard, or it will again after i fix the leak from the manifold to gasket. In the next 2 weeks i plan to pull the engine harness and trace the wires, see if there are any shorts or exposed wires, plus give me a reason to clean up the wiring in the engine bay.
