Bov

So today I recirculated my BOV because my car would try to die every time the rpm's were dropped. Now it runs great but no cool PSHHH!:( I was wondering why my vacuum gauge reads -9 while at idle. My idle is fine, car runs good (slightly rich), and it is a stock blacktop sr20det. Any ideas? Did my research but nothing is good...

Thanks in advance:bigthumbu

Finally someone shines some light lol. K Well that makes sense on what goes for a boost leak. Vacuum i dont think so because their are only 3 lines in the sr20det so theirs no way to go wrong. All vacuum hoses have been replaced. Is their a method to check boost leaks? How to perform a leak down test? O btw, at full boost i hit 8, so can one hit full boost even with a boost leak?

wow nobody?
