First of all if your building a turbo manifold and you have no idea why some manifolds have wastegate flange and some don't you shouldnt be fabricating one!
Second how the fuck do you confuse a wastegate with a bov? they both do different things wastegate controls boost, bov vents out air from the intercooler so you wont get compressor surge!!
Third depending on what turbo your using decides if your gonna need a external wastegate or not!
