Have you tried adjusting your idle air control valve? TPS?

Why would I have to change that it idles perfect and runs fine after like 10 mins

I've seen many cold start idle problems relate back to dirty/clogged/bad IACV, or vacuum to IACV or poorly set IACV. I've seen TPS's cause idle issues. There's also the possibility that you are having timing issues (in which case you should make sure the tps is calibrated anyway) or general vacuum leak issues. Maybe its in your FIC (oring or thermal element).

1. check for vacuum leaks.

2. Is your BOV venting to atmosphere? RECIRC might help that out. I've never had a properly running SR give any issues with recirculating (lack thereof for that matter), but it knocks one item out of the equation if you have other issues.

3. You have proper grounds to the engine?

+1 to what Tonymac said.

thanks for the assistance men, and thanks tony for clearin that up!! +1 for the both of you. ill look at it shortly and u give u guys some feedback
