ka24de acting weird

Alright so i have this stock ka24de in my coupe and it's been acting really weird. When i start it up it smells like a boat.. i think it just has some old nasty ass gas but idk, today we did a compression test. I put new spark plugs in about 6 months ago and now they are BLACK. Again i think it might be all the old nasty gas but idk, Compression was about 165 across all 4 cylinders. Now when it idles it is idling pretty low, i dont have a gauge cluster so idk how low, but when i push the gas pedal it revs up then it starts bogging down real bad and jumping almost like a rev limiter, but i know the rpm's cant be above like 2500-3k.. Anyone know why it would be doing this? thanks

Your running rich and you have a vaccum leak. What else is new on a ka...
 
yes maf is plugged in, im wondering if i should clean it though?
and i figured i was running rich, but why would it bog down like a crazy rev limiter like that?
the vacuum leak?
how can i make it run a little leaner?
 
sounds like u need a maf and maybe a o2 sensor and def clean ur gas tank and get a new fuel filter
