Megan vs Isis

ok, heres the deal.
All coilovers under $1,200 are the same thing.
Let me blow your mind......most all of them are made in the same factories in either China or Taiwan.
is your mind blown?!

with that being said, and honest truths, not just cause its all over my car, ISIS is kinda sweet. I dig em cause they actually have travel. The only reason my car is any bit fast in a drift on nexens, is cause my car has rear end squat from my coilovers actually moving up and down.

so pat let me ask you this. do you think with the way the isis coils are setup, would it be possible to slide pbir with a stock ka kouki?

Yea. That is 90% true, I know the company that makes most of them and if I wanted, could call them up and order a "Shane-Spec Pro" coilover kit. But even they offer different options as far as how good quality you want to have with the coil overs they make. So it's hard to say who picked the cheaper shocks and who picked the better shocks. If you budget is around 500 just get the isis, if you budget is near 1000 either save up for Stance (not taiwan) or get BC (theyre customer service is awesome and they are quick to solve any problems I ever had). But BC,Apexi, and megan are all made in same company in china. Just don't complain when any of them blow, I've seen 2 ISIS shocks blow on the first day once. But they're are equally troubling stories about Megan. And BC will replace they're shocks asap. :boring: Why did I just write all this.

Yes. Run small tires and alot of pressure. The coilovers arnt gonna male you and amazing driver outta nowhere though.
 
i daily, road race, and drift my Megan streets on my s14. sometimes they feel a lil 2 stiff but its not that bad. and u can defiantly feel the difference between the dampening adjustments. megan FTW.
