Where can i get the 3 elbow studs that connect it to the downpipe?

My elbow came with one of these, im talking abut the three on the bottom that you slide the downpipe onto and tighten it on with the nuts

i took one off and brought it to Broward Bolt and they didnt have anything like it, FRsport doesnt have anything, and i cant find anything on google either

does anyone know where i can find these studs?
