holy hell. that red thing with the plugs is a fusible link, its bolted to the battery terminal.

It isn't a fuse, just a quick connector....
As infected said. You can just cut it off and press all wires going to it into the battery terminal....
You guys are really bad lol. He's gonna go into the auto parts store, say battery terminal and when showed say no the thing that connects to here lol....
Furthermore, a battery terminal is the silver thing coming out the battery on positive and negative sides...then there is that clamp...then the connector....
But ppl call me crazy

If your dead set on having the same exact thing your best off going to a dealership, they should know what your talking about and will have a lot easier of a time getting it for you. If you don't really care and just want it fixed then go with what INFECTED said above, that would be the fastest and cheapest way. Though a part that small probably isn't to expensive even for the original one from Nissan.
As far as what it's called I'd go with red battery clamp plug connector FUSIBLE LINK thingy, that's definitely the technical term for it. :bigthumbu

proper term is FUSIBLE LINK, get it right super internet-tech.
