Bill Sherman.

speaking of, who in FD? I haven't been able to track down one car in d1 or fd yet...

Well for one, Bill Sherman? it was said a few times in here. For me personally, with a 3 cyl KA making the rear super stiff worked for me by reducing rear grip so I'm just gonna go with that.

look your comparing totally similar shit right.... (note im only referring to rear in this instance, but could be similar arguement for front setup)
we all agree that if its too slippery, lower air pressure or set coils to less stiff to get some grip back in rear? right right?

so wtf is the difference if i take off my sway to get the grip or lower the setting on the coils or take out air pressure?

i think a car gets more lateral movement (glide if you will) with stiffer suspension because instead of allowing the energy to 'roll' and go downward toward surface with body roll, it stays lateral with stiff suspension. stiff suspenion REACTS quicker until that point of break away, then its slippery. dynamic vs static friction tells us this is true. therefore if the square root of i, divided by the subdivision of the gerrymandered zone f(x), we take the derivative and find out that the area under the zigzag = v8s are king

/see i can sound all engineery too. hahah
// just be at cfrc or get a jet ski

Yes it is.

Idk about the spring rate but its a substantial swaybar w/ solid endlinks (making it much stiffer)

I don't think that's Dai's car.

Also, like I was sayin, if I had 550whp and was running 305 615k's in the back, I would set shit up differently. Jesus...

yea really, the other setup of the car isnt being taken into consideration and i highly doubt thats dia's car since its clearly running on hankook in that pic.

Dat's why I said dat. People be actin like a car is a car, and there's a universal set up. Bitches need to know what they workin with, and build accordingly.

Jet skis and smelling farts all day.

dammm are you a science physics teacher or something :bigthumbu

well I took off my rear bar and I love the way it feels, idk if I have more rear grip but it seems more forgiving and just awesome town. But I also think because it helps balance out the roll resistance imbalance between the front and rear of my car since the front roll center is probably underground and the E36 rear roll center doesn't drop nearly as fast as the front when the car is lowered. Car defiantly handles crappier on off ramps though.

Ohh and I heard Nick Hogan doesn't run sway bars

Its tanner's car which is what you were talking about when I quoted you.

Dais car has em too anyway, look it up yourselves if you're skeptical. Doubtful of myself after this discussion b/c I respect you all as drivers, I looked up every podium placed car in FD and D1 I could find and they all had sway bars, f + r.

Now your argument is that power necessitates the sway bar? Jesus is right. Sway bars have no effect on squat (the biggest change w/ power) and you all are already hitting some nasty speeds on entries so I don't get what you're even trying to defend. Either way, good luck to yourselves.
