h4 housings..

ok so i have a s13 blah blah with h4 housings i had hids but they broke, i noticed wen replacing the bulb itself i saw small blue light bulbs that im guessing u would use for daytime running lights but idk for sure , maybe its just to give a blue tint to the light? or are they for daytime? help please and pics if possible?

They're there for absolutely for no reason. They call them city lights and are usually wired to the parking lights to give a dim look to the headlights when they are flipped up with only the parking lights on.

i have them was connected but i took it off, i used them for sleepy eyes mode cuz i didnt wanna go threw the crap to make real sleepy eyes, so really no yu dnt need them
