There's not much you can do except for put a new gasket on it n see if it'll leak or try n make like a little cover to put over it. But yeah not much todo mines leakes through there too.

It'll stop eventually when the fluid gets too low to reach the top. Stupid solution but its the only one I've found so far.

i found out im missing the rubber cover that goes on top of the shifter, not the boot , it goes right under that..theres like a total of 3 rubber boots, i have 2, im missing the main one that tops off the tranny
