Panch told me it was cool to say what happened because he has been busy with his new job. Basically, his ex gf is 17, parents found out, didnt like it and pressed charges... it was really stupid because it was consensual. The girl said she would help him or be on his side, so the charges shouldn't stick at all. It was all just real dumb.
