S13 wont crank, no electrical power

SO heres my problem, '93 hatch, dies on me n doesnt want to do anything at all. I came home parked it, 20 minutes later I go to start and It wont do anything, no clicking no weird sounds, NOTHING. Inside the car nothing works, no clock, no radio, no interior or exterior lights. I jumped the car with a buddies car n everything seemed to be working, until I went to crank it. As I cranked it, i saw a spark from somewhere near the battery/fuse box n no amount of jumping or switching batteries will bring it back to life. ALL my fuses r fine, kick panel n under the hood.
Can anyone help me with this ? Ive been at it for a week already and Im goin crazy tryin to fix it.
ANY help is greatly appreciated.:bigthumbu

somethings probably loose, so start wiggling and fucking with shit to find what it is lol

check your main grounds, and anything connected to your battery

thats what i do when my car does the same thing, and it usually ends up being the main ground for the relocated battery coming loose, then after i either wiggle it around or tighten it, it starts

that spark was power grounding out so u have contact points exposed. Try checking all your ground and the positive cables make sure everything is secured not in contact With any other metal then start worrying about getting ur car started.

Could be:

1.Alternator fuse

2.Bad ground to battery

3.corroded terminals

4.Rubbed through your main harness that runs under the fender (if you're too low)

Those are just a couple of things I can come up with at the moment. Hope you fix it dude! :bigthumbu

Alright ill check on all of that when I get home tonight. I hope one of the sugestions can fix this headache. Thank you gentlemen n ill be back on later tonight to let yall know if I get 'er runnin :D

Alt fuse was good when I first checked it
The grounds all got a thorough cleaning
Terminals r clean, no corrosion at all
And im nowhere near low enough for the harness to rub :ugh:
I dont know what else to do, maybe change out all the relays ?? I got a buddy with an intire harness with all the relays

meehhh it doesn't sound like a relay issue since you have no power to the ENTIRE car. Check you're lower harness. And also, check the grounds that run off you're passanger side fuse box. Their are about 7 grounds all attached to one ground bud. Their grounded somewhere around the headlight. Those are ALL the grounds for that particular fuse box.

Have you checked the wire that goes from the batt to the alternator as well as the alternator itself?

FIXED!!! It was the ground from the battery, on its way to the manifold it get grounded to the battery pan n it was completely corroded n a lil black, maybe from the spark, I just unbolted it, cut that piece off n connected it directly n voila!!!! Thanks everyone for the help ! :bigthumbu:bigthumbu:bigthumbu

Wait wtf. The ground touched ground on its way to ground.

Something doesn't make sense. The battery pan is grounded. And the manifold is grounded. Check your power lines cuz if that splits again the same thing will happen.

Yeah idk it didnt make sense to me either but if u take off ur battery ull see that the ground is bolted on to the back side of the batt pan before it gets grounded to the mani. Oh and I made sure it wouldnt happen again so, no worries bruhh :D
