if the idle fluctuates between ~500-800 then most likely there is a vacuum leak somewhere. check all your hoses and stuffs.

It threw P1400 error code EGR & Canister solenoid valve, but i took the egr out and blocked it all off properly.
it also threw P0110 Intake Air Temperature Circuit Malfunction, I looked it up and it said it could be from a dirty air filter or dirty MAF sensor, so I just cleaned both of those yesterday, removed the neg from the battery for about thirty mins.
Im going to drive it today and then check the codes again, ill update when i do so

P0110 Intake Air Temperature Circuit Malfunction
On the s14s there is a air intake temp sensor mounted in the air cleaner housing. maybe you should check it out.

is that necessary? i havent had that in a long time and this just started happening.

check your plugs while you at it coolant temp sensor makes you go rich
