So I found out where the cars were taken.
I went there and found them both stripped. (please elaborate)
I asked the business what happened to them and they showed me a bill of sale signed by a lady( guessing property manager) stating the cars were hers and she's selling for scrap.
She didn't have a title so they took her drivers license number and a fingerprint. (i call Bullshit)
So now I'm not only taking the landlord and property manager to court, but on a separate lawsuit I'm taking the business as well.( what you should do if this is all true)


There I fixed your post. And let me reiterate, I'm calling Bullshit on everything. So pics or it didn't happen.
Also a scan photo of said Bill of sale, as well as, said lawsuit.


In for number for the business, I bet parts are going cheeeaaaapppppp.

The yard took mostly everything an they have to replace it back

Yeah sounds like bullshit but the landlord thought he was gonna fck sr over but he ended up fcking himself over.
 
You should have let them crush it. So you could get money (from the lawsuit) instead of two shitty cars you could have bought one good one and paid off some debt.

That is some bullshit, when I went to sell my car to junk yard, the asked for tittle of car, no tittle no money, I hope you get all the stuff back.

No. They run the vin. Then they get the info from seller. Drivers license, finger prints, photos, etc.

If the vin and drivers license don't match they can't take the car.

Unless you have other proof to verify ownership or unclaimed vehicle then claim ownership on the property where it was abandoned.

Steve says he didn't legally forfeit them and he didn't abandon them, so that's why he says they are stolen.

I'm still waiting for pics.

I know people who will buy ur car without tittle, just dl.. They wont even look at the vin,lol
 
First of all junkyards will take cars with no title no vin and no drivers license because I've been sending my cars like that for years.
