1998 S14 Kouki RPM not working??

Just purchased a 1998 S14 kouki everything on car is MINT and mostly stock besides GT spec exhaust, lower springs, intake, and 350z track rims.

The ONLY prob is my RPMS dont work.... Gonna tear into it tomorrow but I honestly dont know wtf could cause prob... Im a S13 nut and new to the S14s... Any info would be AWESOME!

btw Everything else works, MPH, Fuel, Temp, signals EVERYTHING except the RPM tach.
