Well I kno now that the starter is working, so I went and got a 98 starter and a flywheel for a 98 ka, I think this should solve this problem ill keep you up dated

Yea I swapped the new trans in, it worked fine for a week or so till the starter problem

Not helpin^^:chair: its to the point where the starter won't even start the motor it only catches for a second and the starter just spins freely

On my 89 hatch last year I did a 98 ka swap with a 93 manual trans, a few months later the starter had a problem catching the flywheel so I bought a new clutch and flywheel and replaced the starter, it worked fine for about 6 months and now I have the same exact problem again......does anyone...
