No problem. The GTS 250 is still a great GPU, you will enjoy it for a while.

Scratch the GTS 250 and get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127426 Performance is very noticeable. GTS 250 has like 125 streaming processors and the GTX 260 has 216 and its overclocked. ;)

If you bought the parts online just log in to that site and usually they would have an order history and you can use the order forms as your receipts. Good luck taking the bastard down, you should take him to court for this.:thumbup:

Not a bad GPU, but I would have recommended getting a GTX 260 which only costs like $40 more. The 9800 GT's are out dated and cant even compare in performance. For OC'ing you can get a good fan/sink for like $30 and push it to 3.0-3.2ghz with ease. Arctic Cooling makes some sick stuff.
