check your powersteering belt..i had a similar problem....you made need to change that.you might have blown the pump also...

are u sure it's your water pump..........just cuz it's over heating doesn't mean it's your waterpump....

oh i want to join...in hialeah gardens there's a black RHD hatch...and in miami lakes there's a white hatch with a sil front end that i see everyday on the way to work...

if your going to go stock....change the timing chain tensioners and get a proper tune.that's all folks.the motor is gonna blow eventually especially if your drifting it...so enjoy it as much as you can....then when it blows, rebuild and go all out since you got the motor apart.
