idk if it is flooded because it rained and after that my car wouldnt start i think something got wet but the car kinda starts when i put my foot on the throttle

update i found on the coil on one of the sensors there was some gel like substance on it so i cleaned it off and the goes to wot now with no hesitation all i need now is for the car to idle the car stays on for like 15 seconds then dies could it be a bad ignition coil?
