Right under the oil filter to the bottom right to be more exact there is a little tip, this is on an s14 motor. my s13 motor doesnt have that is has like a plug thing. any one have anyidea what goes there or if its even usefull?

yea we took the spark plugs out and the first one had water and all the others were dry. we tried cranking it to get the water out too but the engine is like locked and doesnt want to crank, we tried turning the crank also but didnt want to turn.
