There is only a S, M, & L in most cases. Some brands do have larger xl sizes. If you want to try a size out the bell helmets at walmart are practicaly identical in size to most of the the snell rated helmets. So you could go and see whats comfy before driving to Murrays or wherever

Headers crack due to excessive heat and abuse. Heat wraping them will hold more heat on them making them more susceptible to cracking. Bottom line is if they are made poorly they will crack. That’s probably not what you were hoping to hear... sorry.
