update: started training for the fire academy in december weighing 187, dropped to 170 in march .started the academy in march and finished in june weighing 158. I feel like half the person lol. Way more endurance and alot leaner. wasnt too happy losing weight so quickly but couldnt be helped

i only changed 3 because it started to rain and to get to the rear ones i had to remove the manifold.i wasnt gona have time to do it. and i know the spark plugs shouldnt be any problem but just wanted to make sure.the only wire i disconnected was the negative on the battery cable.

ok so i went to do a oil change on a friends 2001 ford taurus.its a v6.now we change the air filter and 3 of the 6 sparkplugs( started raining).now when we went to turn the car on it wouldnt even crank.i thought it was the battery so i jumped it and nothing.then out of nowhere it started up...

i used a j30 vlsd on my s13 without any mods except replacing the backplate with the s13 diff backplate.just make sure to get the j30 diff with the 6 bolt flanges instead of 5 and your set
