i need a s13 owner to check something out

please somebody help me out. basic s13 problems. i put a new headlight in and it didnt work. so i put another in. nothing. then i checked if power is coming to the wires. yep 12 volts str8 up. i really need somebody to help me out. fuse is good too. then after i was playing with to see it work, the fucking other headlight went out! so i looked at the shit idk. i can meet up or even go to your house. or opposite. i would like it by friday wanna go to countyline the 13th. lmk

maybe a ground issue if your getting 12v to the bulbs
