My interest in photography began around the age of 17, which coincidentally was around the same time I began attending local drift events. I never really had the money to build a car to slide, yet I would attend every local event I could just to watch. One day as I was standing by the k-rails getting tire dust blown in my face, I noticed something that most people don’t. I saw the relationships the media folks had with all the local drivers. I wanted that. I wanted to capture moments for myself, the drivers, and everyone else that cared to look.
