OK guys, doesn't look like price will come down, i copy and pasted the email i just received from FARA. Just so you guys are on the same page. Please let me know if whos down to do this, so i can give them an answer if we should even bother going. Cause if i cant get at least 10 cars they dont wanna do it. So lemme know
Hi Tim:
We really want you guys to come to Homestead on May 10th; the Car Show and the Races will be absolutely great, and your show will make it a complete success.
Kevin requested FARA, 2 hrs for the Drifters, and we have accommodated his request within our schedule. I strongly believe that $100.00 per driver is very inexpensive, if you take in consideration what we offer your drivers, specially, safety issues, ambulances, etc, etc, etc. Our May 10th event will also give you lots of exposure as the Car/Bike Show will bring hundreds of people, maybe more.
1 set of Tires: I have confirmation from Tico Almeida that we have a sponsor that will give a SET of TIRES to the Drifter’s Winner.
MOROSO: I understand Moroso charges $100.00, plus all the expenses you guys have to incurred to get there, specially gas and tolls; so add another $50.00 (minimum).
VIP Passes: I will give you 2 VIP passes per driver so their guests do not have to pay.
FARA Discount Cards: I can give you 100-200 FARA Discount Cards that you can give to all your friends and fans, so they will only pay $10.00 instead of $25.00
Please talk to Kevin and register for the event ASAP; if you decide not to go, let us know, so we can use the 2 Hrs for other events.
