headlight issue

both low beams work, high beam only works on passenger side, not driver side, wtf could it be?

Start with the basics.

Use a volt meter and see if the high beam is getting current.

did that, no thing at the socket, wires look clean, connections look clean, theres only 2 fuses and theyre fine if not the headlights wouldnt work at all(i checked them)
Brand new bulbs too

ok now what about the wiring harness running in the fender well, is that ok? Those love to get rubbed with the tire due to being low.

try a known good switch. usually its the root problem of all headlight issues on s13's

all the wiring physically looks fine, i wonder if the headlight switch is the issue

i was thinking that, gonna locate a switch and try it





any other ideas to look into?

the relays but every time i witnessed wat u r describing it was the headlight switch.

+1 on the headlight switch. I forgot about that. That's usually it.

I had a sentra that had some dirty ass contacts inside the switch. It was doing the same thing, both lights on and only 1 high beam worked. Try testing a new/good switch, or if you're comfortable taking it apart, take it apart, clean all the contact points and put it back on.
