dont get overkill or anything unsprung if you ever have to drive it in traffic...

Unspurng isn't what people think. I have a spec stage 3+ unspurng (6 - puck) and its actually lighter on my foot than my old ACT.

Oh and to the thread starter, every company's "stage" has a different meaning than the next so just look at what kind of tq it can hold. I would recommend a puck clutch for drifting b/c it won't trap heat and gasses like a disc clutch will. That means the puck clutch will be more predictable - something a drifter can value.

thx for all the replies....
i'm not gonna change it as yet as it not bad... its goin though...
i mite make it an excuse to put ca or sr.. for the new year..
btw is a 6 puck too much for a stock sr?welll stock for a while

when u replace the clutch do u "must" replace the pilot bering?
if so how u take it off

They have tools to pull the pilot bearing but you don't have to replace it unless its worn - which it probably is.

Only "have" to change it if you're going auto to manual or vice versa. It's not hard to take out. Plus, they usually come with the clutch kit so I would change it just to be sure.
