Ive read from some rb gurus that doing an RB20 is just as easy as an SR20, if not easier. Wiring is a snap, just splice it w/ the KA lower harness.
There are a bunch of OEM USDM stuff that can be used for the RB20, i cant recall at the moment. Besides, there is a more then sufficent aftermarket for the RB20, ppl who just say there isnt are just being naive.
RB20 gets good gas mileage. Take X amount of HP, now divide it by 4, now divide the same hp # by 6, less stress per cylinder.
Agree!!! S14 All The Way!!! RB20, RB25, and RB26 Are cool and all but the fact of the matter is that when something breaks.......... Good Luck find Partsdrftns14 said:dont you people do any research, all research done by people all state that an rb20 is a waste off time, in any chassis, if your gonna but an rb series motor in any chassis it better be an rb26dett. So for your i guess poll put an sr in s14 put an sr in anything. its easier to work on, there is a better aftermarket backing behind it, and oem parts are easier to find to. anyways why but a inline 6 that has the same displacement as a 4 cylinder. That really wouldn't make much seens now would it? This is ALMOST a NOOB QUESTION? Come on now where not that new to the seen are we?
