What now?

no rebuilt title.....where did you get that from?
he said total loss as in the repairs would cost more than the car is worth...that doesnt mean its totalled or has frame damage etc making the title bad....

the title would be clean.
to the op, try and keep the car and just use some of the money to repair it and then the rest is yours. think of it as money for your time spent with the inconvience

ask for two numbers, one if they take the car, and one if you demand to keep the car

then base your decision on that.

good luck again

if the car is declared a total loss then it will be rebuilt.
the inurance company claims the car to be a pos.
then he buys it back from them for dirt. uses the money to fix it.
and applys for a rebuilt title at the dmv.

Thanks - ill be sure to do that.

Insurance considered it a TOTAL LOSS - offered me about 1800 if they took it 1550 if I kept it but only as a parts car so I would not be able to drive it again. So im considering a full part out if theres any interest lmk asap everything goes CHEAP!
