relocating maf sensor

I ran blow thru on my old sr top mount setup, ran 20-25psi , never had a problem
perfect, i knew someone on here has done this.
one question, how did u hook up ur maf? an by any chance do u have any pics of the setup?

dyno #'s are to be taken with a grain of salt....

and on the blow thru setup... imho the only real advantage is when popping a coupling the car will still drive and not fall right on it's face.

yeah i heard about that, an thats a real good advantage, especially if ur on high boost.

No pics sorry, but i had my maf on the cold pipe side between the bov and throttle body.

Agreed.

And these kinds of setups are like boosting stock KA's. Reading on the internet would teach you that its perfectly fine and your KA will last forever. Real life = have a spare long block ready. I'm not saying you will have problems, but MAF's are already sensitive and prone to failure. I would have a spare ready at all times.

yeah that is very true. an because the little probe or w.e its called on the maf is open, i hear if u have a blown turbo ur maf is done!
