in his example you dont need the ebrake because the car should be sideways as you shift 2nd lol if not you are doing something wrong and the ebrake is the last of your worries :chair:

I don't know what turn or whatever you're talking about, but I'm just going by the fact that I can't remember any time I've ever driven and not touched the handbrake.

I dont know the turn either its not me that started this i just added that some turns i see no point using it. Example how would you initiate at the skid pad ebrake? Ive seen some ppl enter like that and it looks like the car hit a brick wall then started slidding they lost so much speed because they used the wrong technique. Im not saying i never would use the ebrake believe me ive learned the magic of the ebrake specially with an underpowered car you have to depend on more steering and braking techniques than just power. So the only point i was trying to make is for a 0 to 30mph entry in a boosted car you should be slapped for even thinking of touching the ebrake. The power is there your at the right speed for the turn so why slow down?

You do understand that the ebrake is used for more than entries right?
