did you try reving it the radiator water barley moves unless you rev the motor and just dissconect the bottom hose to bleed it ps you dont really bleed radiators its not like a clutch or breaks that it cant have air in the system everything just coms out

they sell hp rebuild kits online like $1200

yeah and take out the spark plugs the motor turns easyer and if you feel it get stuck DONT FORCE IT go back a little and try slowly one more time if it gets stuck agen the timing is off the nut is a 27 if im not mistaken
